North American Door & Hardware serves customers within approximately a 100-mile radius from our fabrication shop locations in Attleboro, MA and King of Prussia, PA. From here, we are well positioned to serve as the door supplier of choice for construction pros across the Northeastern U.S., from the Mid-Atlantic through New England.

Can you ship outside of your delivery area? 

Yes. North American Door & Hardware can ship direct for certain products.

Do you offer delivery outside of standard business hours? 

Yes. If you need commercial construction jobsite delivery in MA or PA, or within 100 miles of our yards in Attleboro, MA or King of Prussia, PA, before or after business hours, or on weekends, our crews can do that too. North American Door & Hardware is dedicated to going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

What specialized services do you offer? 

North American Door & Hardware can provide quoting based on plans and specs, customer-provided criteria, or a blank slate. We provide on-site consultation, as well as submittals for architect or jobsite approvals, quick and accurate purchasing, and call-ahead delivery service.

What types of doors do you stock? 

North American Door & Hardware offers a complete inventory of doors and door accessories for construction in MA, PA, and beyond, including Division 8 commercial doors, frames, and hardware. Other types of metal frames, stile and rail wood doors, and pre-hung residential doors are available for special order.

Can you special order a product for me? 

Yes. North American Door & Hardware offers an impressive variety of doors, hardware and accessories. But our service also extends beyond just what is available in our showrooms. If you need an item that you don’t see at one of our yards or on the website, let us know and we’ll help get it for you. 

What types of vehicles do you have for delivery? 

North American Door & Hardware operates a well-maintained fleet of delivery vehicles, including box trucks, delivery vans, and piggyback/forklifts.

What types of payments do you accept? 

North American Door & Hardware accepts cash, checks, account billing, and credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard).

Do you offer financing? 

Yes, we can. North American Door & Hardware can set up customers with financing assistance upon successful completion of our credit application.

Do you offer product warranties? 

Every product we offer has its own warranty. Contact us for copies/verifications.

What is the rough opening for welded hollow metal frames (before drywall or wall finish)? 

WELDED HOLLOW METAL FRAME: SINGLE, PAIR or CASED OPENING

Add 4½″ to the width and 2¼″ to the height.

For example, (3′-0″ X 7′- 0″Door) R.O. = 36″ + 4½″ X 84″ + 2¼″ = 40½″ X 86¼″

Based on typical hollow metal 2″ face frame.

What is the rough opening for knocked down hollow metal frames (after drywall or wall finish)? 

KNOCKED DOWN HOLLOW METAL FRAME: SINGLE, PAIR or CASED OPENING

Add 2″ to the width and 1″ to the height.

For example, (3′-0″ X 7′- 0″ Door) R.O. = 36″ + 2″ X 84″ + 1″ = 38″ X 85″
